3 months

Everyone told us that if we could survive the first 3 months with a baby that we would be fine. Well here we are and we are all doing great! It's such a joy to watch Bo grow it seems he changes everyday. I am so thankful I am able to work full time at home so I can be with him. So far I am managing my workload and motherload pretty well. Lance is a huge help!

- we still love the cloth diapers. We use them all day but have been using a disposable diaper one size larger at night to prevent leaks
- Bo loves his play gym. He has really started grabbing and reaching for objects
-he also loves the Cookie Monster toy and yellow sensory dog we've named "Willie"
- he has been outgrowing his 3 month clothes. We've bumped him up to 6-9 month. Some are still a little loose though
- Bo drools A Lot now! (Although I don't see any signs of teeth)
-he is starting to put things in his mouth
-he likes to be in an upright position so he can see what's going on. You can tell he wants to try to sit up but just can't
-he is getting stronger with tummy time. He rolls from belly to back, holds his head higher and turns from side to side, and kicks and pushes with his legs
- he is still eating every 2 hours
- he is a great sleeper. At night he gets a bath (every other night), diaper change, clean onesie, swaddled, nursed, then rocked for a few minutes. Sometimes he surprises us and sleeps to 4 or 5 am. Usually he wakes once at 3 am.
- we have gotten into a routine during the day. He wakes up, nurses, then plays for about an hour and 1/2. Then he is ready to eat and take a nap. I feed him and rock him a little then put him in his crib. He sleeps for about 45 minutes then repeats this cycle. It is hard to get things done with these cat naps but it is worth it for him to sleep so well at night!
-he has started using the paci more but only when we are rocking to go to sleep
